All of the Wakami bracelets are 100% handmade and all of our products may contain: waxed synthetic thread, glass beads, metal beads, metal clasps, leather and polyester thread. All of our products are lead, nickel, cadmium and selenium free. We hope you love and enjoy your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

However, we are not responsible for health problems or allergies that could occur with the use of these products. Before trying on the product please take a moment to read the following information.

 OUR EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We accept return for any reason within the first 10 days of receiving your order, except for the following items: products with discounts.

If the reason you are returning the product is because of an untied bracelet or a bad handmade work you have 30 days after receiving your order to ask for a return. You have to send us a picture of the damaged product first to see if it is covered by the warranty.

Our products warranty does not cover items damage by: each person´s pH, weather conditions, misuse or/and products that had been in contact with cosmetics, solvents and excess moisture.

NO REFUND. Our quality control department processes all of our products; the Wakami team verifies all items to be in perfect condition before shipping the product.

All returned or exchanged product must have a return number authorized and sent to you by our customer service department. This number must be on the outside of the package.

If you want to return a product you have to contact our customer service department -customerservice@wakamiglobal.com- VIA EMAIL ONLY, to get your authorized return number which as mentioned above should be written on the outside of the package; our team will send you the address where to send the package too.

Any package without an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number on the outside will be refused by the shipping department and we will not respond by the shipping you had made. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

All return or exchange requests must be sent to us within 10 days after receiving your order, or 30 days if you want to use the products warranty. All merchandise must be returned in new condition, unused. All items must have their original packaging and labels. Attached to the product you must write a note with your name, shipping address, phone number, email, and reason of return. We do not reimburse any expense or cost for initial or return shipping.

NO REFUND ON YOUR CREDIT CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT. WE ONLY ACCEPT EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

There are no charges for cancelling an order within 24 hours after placing it, but only if your product has not been shipped yet. If the order has been shipped, you cannot cancel the order.
